Initial Educators Community of Practice - Year 2 Cohort

In this CESA 7 Community of Practice, mentors and initial educators will collaborate for the purpose of accelerating teacher practice to support student growth within an equitable learning environment. This work will be guided by the WIsconsin teaching standards, Educator Effectiveness principles and ongoing cycles of Plan/Do/Study/Act  which are critical to successful implementation of new practices.  Both the mentor and the initial educator will attend monthly meetings within a cohort series:

There is no charge for these workshops as they are grant-funded.
