Traditional ideals and educational structures train pupils to learn how to “fit in” and get along”. Often students and young adults find themselves fighting for a “seat at a table” when they have what it takes to make their own. This program is designed to rearrange student’s thinking and define what it means to cultivate their life’s enterprise. Krystle McNeely shares her own inspirational story of hard work, resilience, failure, and success to inspire students and young adults to take responsibility and build the life they want to live. Her message of “ditching the seat” and creating a table is a story of empowerment that helps adults young and old persevere through hardships and reach their goals.
