Building relationships of trust with students means showing interest and concern in their learning and trusting in their ability to drive their own learning, given the right structures are in place. Good coaches build such relationships by showing consideration of each student as a person and having meaningful discussions about his or her development.
Learning Targets
During this micro-course, educators will:
- Analyze the results of a student survey and recording of a one-one-one meeting with their student to determine a targeted area for growth in giving feedback to students.
- Develop, implement, and reflect on a plan that addresses their targeted area for growth.
Registration Deadline: December 31, 2021
Audience: All K - 12 educators, leaders, and support staff
Cost: These micro-courses are FREE to all WISCONSIN EDUCATORS. All expenses are covered through the Education Stabilization Funds.

·Day 3 - Course Completion & Celebration
*Micro-course requirements include three synchronous, whole-group virtual sessions on the dates and times listed as well as independent work between sessions. The estimated time commitment is 15 hours for each course.
