Dimensions of Equity 101
Blended Learning: This course will begin on February 28, 2022 and finish on April 8, 2022.
Synchronous Meeting Dates: March 8, 2022, March 22, 2022, and April 5, 2022. 3:30- 4:30 PM each date.

DESCRIPTION: To be an equity-minded educator, we must know the differences among and between the dimensions of equity and how they related to our practice. This course will provide an overview of these three dimensions and allow educators to explore their current understanding and practice, collaborate with others, and push their thinking to enhance their equity focus.
OUTCOMES:

Participants will learn the three dimensions of equity and how they are different and support one another.

Participants will reflect on how the dimensions manifest themselves with their classroom.

Participants will plan how to enhance their understanding of the dimensions.

Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
