Dr. Douglas Reeves is the founder of Creative Leadership Solutions, providing professional learning support to schools in 50 states and more than 40 countries.  Doug is the author of more than 40 books and 100 articles on education and leadership.  Twice named to the Harvard University Distinguished Authors Series, Doug is the recipient of many national and international awards for his contributions to education.  His most recent book is “Achieving Equity and Excellence,” published in 2020.  This is a synthesis of the latest research on success in high-poverty schools.  Doug lives in Boston and Tweets @DouglasReeves.
