CESA 9 FoRT Prep *OPTION 2* (Virtual)

THIS IS OPTION 2:

Sign up for the FoRT Prep ONLINE modules to study on your own. Then schedule up to 90 minutes to meet online with Amy for customized support. Meeting times may be spread across more than one date.

Cost: $150 for CESA 9 CSI Members
           $175 for non-CESA 9 CSI Members

You will have access to the Buzz modules until June 30, 2022.

Prepayment is required. When payment is submitted, you will receive access to the Buzz course. Once access is provided, refunds will not be given.

Virtual consultation appointments will be provided. Please email Amy at amcgovern@cesa9.org to arrange your session(s).

**Click the link in your registration confirmation email to make your course payment. Once payment is made, you will be sent to a page with instructions on how to access the course in Buzz, the online learning tool. Save a copy of that page.**

-CANCELLATION POLICY- Unless otherwise noted, if we receive your cancellation at least 48 hours before the program begins, you will qualify for a full refund. If you do not show up or cancel prior to the 48 hour time frame, you are subject to a $25.00 late cancellation fee. -DISCLAIMERS- CESA 9 will make every effort to accommodate basic dietary restrictions with advance notice. CESA 9 does not assume liability for adverse reactions to food one may come into contact with at a CESA 9 event. By registering for an event with CESA 9, participants agree to grant to CESA 9 and its authorized representatives permission to record digital photos and/or video, of their participation.
