Why are we burned out already?: Building Compassion Resilience
Presenter: Dr. Marci Waldron-Kuhn, Learning Services Readiness Specialist
Date: October 26, 2021
Time: 12:00 – 3:00 pm
Location: CESA 7/Rm. C
Description:
With the on-going changes brought about by the pandemic the new school year brings added layers of stress and anticipation. Educators need to process the impact of last school year and learn how to build their compassion resilience as we move into the upcoming year. Compassion resilience is our ability to maintain our physical, emotional and mental well-being while responding to the needs of others. Staff will learn how to identify their own needs, develop their personal compassion resiliency, while learning how to support others and not forget about taking care of themselves.
Registration Fee:
$60 per participant for CESA 7 2021-22 Learning Services Full-Partnership Members
$90 per participant for CESA 7 2021-22 Learning Services Limited-Traditional Members
$120 per participant for Non-Learning Service Member
