Understanding the Connection Between Teacher Credibility and Collective Teacher Efficacy

 

Teacher Credibility has an effective size of 1.09 and Collective Teacher Efficacy has an effective size of 1.57! (Hattie)  Linking these two powerful influencers on student achievement can help students learn more and learn faster. (Fisher and Frey) This session will support you in purposefully growing your credibility with your students while also building your collective efficacy as a member of your school team.
