Participants will learn about the key recommendations presented in the PK-12 Catalyzing Change book series that will initiate the critical conversations on policies, practices, and issues that impact mathematics education in Wisconsin.

Participants will be provided with games and directions that help develop and strengthen number sense skills.

Learn to build your own DESMOS lessons for use in an in-person, blended, or virtual classroom to increase understanding, student discourse, improve engagement, and instantly check for understanding.

Increase your teacher clarity with well articulated learning intentions and success criteria. Use your learning this hour to ensure equity of access to learning by designing success criteria that clarifies for all students what success looks like.

In this session we will explore developmental mathematics learning trajectories, child-centered developmentally appropriate instructional practices, and strategies that nurture young children’s joy and curiosity in mathematics.

Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee.
