Assessment is a key part of learning. But how we define assessment and use assessment in our classroom has an impact. This Blended Learning Series will dive into the importance of understanding effective assessment systems built with the student at the center. 3 of the event dates will be in-person October 21, February 10, and May 10.

Our Blended Learning Series will have 4-virtual meetings for 1-hour 3:30-4:30 on November 17th, December 15th, March 10th, and April 7th. These events will be held via zoom.

  • November 17th: Knowing What and Why You are Assessing
  • December 15th: Understanding How I am Assessing
  • February 10th: Analyzing Standards and Creating Student-Friendly Learning Targets
  • March 10th: Eliminating Barriers in Assessment
  • April 7th: Understanding the Role of Students in Assessment
  • May 10th: Data Literacy and Future Planning
