DESCRIPTION:

You’ve made it! You’re halfway through the 2020-21 school year. Has the year gone as you expected? Are you functioning in crisis/COVID management or are your students getting the same great education and opportunities to learn and grow in a way they deserve. Now is the time to reflect, reboot, and recommit to the great things public education has to offer students, staff, and stakeholders.  

Leaders will:

  • Reflect on the following mindsets:

    • Dialogue - Communication is a Two-Way Street

    • Belonging - Voice, Choice, and Power

    • Co-Creation - Authentic Collaboration

    • Humility - Willingness to Learn

    • Asset Mindset - Seeking & Recognizing Strengths

    • People Over Systems - Prioritizing the Human

  • Utilize the mindsets guiding their improvement and collective impact efforts on school, staff, and student culture.  

  • Learn about the impact of toxic stress/trauma on your leadership, educator effectiveness, student achievement, and behavior 

  • Hone skills as a courageous leader and recommit to ensuring high levels of learning for all students. 

  • Develop strategies to move education forward and not allow the pandemic to halt educational programming and initiatives.

  • With a 100-day plan, ensure that you are tight about the right work.

 

AUDIENCE: Superintendents, Principals, Curriculum Directors, Special Education Directors, Pupil Services Directors, Educational Leaders

COST/FEE:  

  • $50 per participant for CESA 7  2020-21 Learning Services Full-Partnership Members
  • $60 per participant for CESA 7 2020-21 Learning Services Limited-Traditional Members
  • $70 per participant for 2020-21 Non-Learning Service Member

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be faxed (920-492-5965) or e-mailed to the event contact person five (5) working days prior to the date of the event. We are unable to provide refunds for no shows.
