Description:
It’s time to Step Back. Reset. And refocus on your current practices in order to increase student engagement, accountability, and achievement. By diving into your student achievement, student action, and assessment data, you will assess the areas of need and develop systems to increase accountability and achievement.
This session will focus on the development of Individualized Learning Plans for every students, that addressed the three domains of a comprehensive School Counseling Program:
Academic
- Course Selection
- Course Sequencing
- Dual Credits Opportunities (HS Students)
Career
- Career Cluster Identification
- Pathway Completion
- Work-Based Learning Opportunities
- Industry Recognized Credentials
Social
- SEL Programming/Goals
- Student Involvement in Co-curriculars
- Soft Skill/Employability Skill Development.
The development and implementation of comprehensive ILP’s with students, families, and staff will facilitate goal-setting with realistic check-points to increase student engagement accountability, and achievement to ensure all of your students graduate career, college, and life-ready.
