Leading Schools Through Challenging Times: A Continuous Improvement Primer
4 Part Series

This past year, schools and districts everywhere faced unprecedented challenges as they responded to COVID-19. The Special Education and School Improvement Services departments at CESA 5, as part of our Technical Assistance Network, in collaboration with the Wisconsin RtI Center, have teamed up to support ongoing efforts. We are offering this series to provide guidance and networking opportunities to district leaders and leadership teams as they continue to navigate the changes and obstacles ahead. Through the lens of continuous improvement, sessions will emphasize topics such as supporting adaptive change, using data effectively, examining high-quality instruction and delivery models, and
responding to the needs of all students.

    Registration is FREE
    
    Primary Audience:  District and School Leadership Teams who represent general education, special education, ESL, and any systems leaders.  (Individuals may register but teams are encouraged.)
    
    *All participants must individually register for any or all sessions that best suit their district needs.*

 

 

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
