How to facilitate it with purpose

Whether we acknowledge it or not, we are providing feedback all day long.  Consider how your day will shift when you become intentional, daring and competent in providing growth feedback aligned to educator practice.

This interactive session will provide you time to practice giving and receiving feedback in a brave space as you begin to create your own action plan for your unique context.

We will focus on these outcomes:

• What feedback is and the many forms it may take
• What role feedback/feedforward has in student achievement
• How to create an action plan to provide high-quality feedback/feedforward cycles to grow instructional practice
• Why your perspective of Educator Effectiveness as a leader matters

As a bonus to this half-day session, you are invited to schedule a one-on-one follow-up coaching session to support the implementation of your action plan. Details of this time will be shared during our session.
