December 7-13, 2020 is CodeWISCO Week. Just like CS Education Week, the purpose of this event is to ensure all students can experience the joy of computer science activities and gain an understanding of how coding and computer science impacts their lives through just one hour of coding or computer science instruction. The good news is, your students don't even have to have a device to participate!
Join Amy Bires from Microsoft TEALS and the Computer Science Talent Ecosystem Youth as she walks you through how to register for the Hour of Code, gives you planning tips that will set you up for success and how you can share your Hour of Code activity for 2020. She will also talk to you about how you can win a set of Adafruit devices for your classroom so that coding and computer science learning can continue throughout the year.
Post-Webinar Opportunities
Amy will also host sessions in the days after this event which will go deeper into activities and resources you can use to plan your Hour of Code Event. Learn about those events at our Hour of Code page.
