This session will look at Academic and Career Planning (ACP) through a Redefining Readiness lens and help schools develop individual learning plans, improving access to relevant and rigorous programming. We want all of our students to be college, career, and life ready. Redefining Ready college and career readiness indicators are vetted in research and can be utilized to promote ACP for all students and drive innovation, ensuring all students' educational experience is tailored to meet their needs. COST/FEE:  

• $40 per participant for  CESA 7  2020-21 Learning Services Full-Partnership Members
• $50 per participant for CESA 7 2020-21 Learning Services Limited-Traditional Members
• $60 per participant for Non-Learning Service Member
