Workshop Description:   This ITV session will provide a brief overview of Initial Guidance: Implementing Wisconsin Criteria for Specific Learning Disability SLD Overview and Frequently Asked Questions about Making SLD Eligibility Decisions, and a review of revised SLD checklists and forms including: SLD Criteria Checklist-Initial Evaluation; SLD Criteria Checklist-Reevaluation; ER-2 Additional SLD Documentation Sample Form, and Notes to Accompany DPI Sample Special Education Form ER-2. These documents are all part of the WDPI’s initial guidance on implementing Wisconsin’s SLD rule available at http://www.dpi.wi.gov/sped/ld.html. Agenda for the upcoming full day SLD workshops intended for a wider audience will also be shared. The morning and afternoon sessions cover the same content.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
