What is a common trait among higher performing organizations? Collaborative teams. The team is the molecular unit where real production happens, where innovative ideas are conceived and tested, and where employees experience most of their work. It’s also where interpersonal issues, ill-suited skill sets, marginalization, and unclear group goals can hinder productivity and cause friction.

Join Dr. Dennis Pauli, Edgerton School District Superintendent, for the first transformational leadership development cohort at CESA 2. This series will take participants through three in-person, half-day training sessions, as well as monthly virtual coaching sessions.

The virtual coaching sessions will focus on timely topics of Leadership Development that are customizable to meet the cohort needs. Monthly meetings will be decided at a later time.

  • Each monthly meeting will introduce participants to a new leadership tool and prepare leaders to teach and apply this tool in their workplace utilizing GiANT TV resources.
  • Each monthly meeting will provide leaders time to reflect and share their experiences with the tool learned the previous month.
  • Each monthly meeting can be customized to fit your team's needs.


Cost: Cost will be dependent on number of registrants per group. It is as follows:

$660 per person (no discount) -- Individual or group of 2

$600/per person -- Group of 3 - 4

$540/per person -- Group of 5 - 9

$480/pp -- Group of 10+

Registrants should select the appropriate pricing and list their fellow participants in their group during registration.



About the Presenter: Dr. Dennis Pauli Edgerton School District Superintendent


Dr. Dennis Pauli was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. He attended Madison Memorial High School and received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His doctoral degree was earned at Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Pauli has served 33 years in public education as a fifth grade teacher, Elementary School Principal, Assistant Superintendent, and in his current role as Superintendent of the Edgerton School District. In addition, he has also served as an adjunct professor for the University of Wisconsin.  Along with his public school experience, he have the privilege of serving on the United Way Board of Directors, Edgerton Outreach Board, Book Festival Board, and the Wisconsin School Public Relations Association Board. Dr. Pauli is a member of the Edgerton Rotary and has served on the Gifts For Kids Board and Community Fund Board. Dr. Pauli and his wife Mary currently live in Edgerton, have three grown children, and a rescue dog named Murphy. They are both Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) serving children in Rock County. They attend St. Joseph’s Church and enjoy time with family, outdoor activities, regular exercise, golf, and working in the yard. Dr. Dennis Pauli adds, “It is a privilege to serve in my role as the Edgerton School District Superintendent.”



Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a refund if they cancel prior to 3 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Cancellations must either be made on MyQuickReg or by emailing Because of our commitment to the presenter and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 3 working days prior to the event or who do not attend the event, will be billed the full fee. CESA 2 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via phone and email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. 

Inclement Weather Policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 2 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been cancelled due to weather conditions.
