Teams will prepare a pro/con argument based on one topic which will be shared with registered teams on November 2, 2020.  School Teams will be paired with teams from other schools to present their arguments.  Teams will present their argument various times throughout the session depending on the number of registrants.

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 to cancel prior to the scheduled event. CESA #3 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA #3 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Weather Conditions: If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please check the CESA 3 webpage or listen to your local radio station for event cancellations or delays. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
