Join Vince Ochoa as he explores the variety of ways that educators can engage with students. It will also identify different practices/strategies used in order to: 1) build relationships, 2) motivate students and 3) teach students about accountability. Within each of these strategies, teachers encounter a myriad of barriers that students face. Learn how to respond to these particular barriers in a way that is empathetic and non-judgmental, and in a way that empowers a student to succeed in actualizing their academic goals.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be faxed (920-492-5965) or e-mailed to the PERSON LISTED AS THE EVENT CONTACT five (5) working days prior to the date of the event unless other cancellation information is noted in the specific event. We are unable to provide refunds for no-shows.
