WIAD Coaches' Workshop--Starting a Team/Keeping Energized

Whether you are starting a brand new team and need to know how to get things going or have been coaching for years and need some re-inspiration and new motivation, this hour will be spent discussing the outline of a season and how to keep your sanity as a coach as well as move the workload from your shoulders to your team's.
