September 8, 2020 - VIRTUAL/FREE

  • Continuous Improvement Readiness Team Assessment and 100-Day Planning - Facilitated by Colleen Timm This is a separate registration. (The extended learning afternoon sessions will be a fee for service for everyone. Fees are determined by your 2020-21 Learning Service Membership.)

    • Readiness I - Shared mission and vision that are grounded in equitable outcomes for all students. 

    • Readiness 2 - Shared values (collective commitments), and beliefs are grounded in equitable outcomes for all students.

    • Readiness 3 - The team represents diverse stakeholders, has regularly scheduled meetings and all team members participate.

    • Readiness 4 - Team works in collaboration.

    • Readiness 5 - Team meetings are purposeful.

    • Readiness 6 - Team has a communication structure and protocol.

    • Readiness 7 - Team has systems and processes to use data.

    • Do I - All team members are accountable for implementation and monitoring of the plan.

    • Do 2 - Team ensures implementation of the plan with fidelity

  • A Walk-through of Your Federal Joint Notification Packet - Facilitated by Michelle Ring-Hanson and Becky Spengler This is a separate registration. (The extended learning afternoon sessions will be a fee for service for everyone. Fees are determined by your 2020-21 Learning Service Membership.)

    • Plan 1 - Team conducts a needs assessment, including root cause analysis. 

    • Plan 2 - Team identifies resource inequities.

    • Plan 3 - Team develops a (1) SMART goal(s) and (2) theory of action or logic model.

    • Plan 4  -Team selects a strategy that is aligned to prioritized needs

November 10, 2020 - VIRTUAL/FREE

  • Educator Effectiveness: Crucial Conversations and Student Achievement - Facilitated by Colleen Timm  - This is a separate registration. (The extended learning afternoon sessions will be a fee for service for everyone. Fees are determined by your 2020-21 Learning Service Membership.)

    • Do 3 - Team collects and uses adult practice data. 

    • Study 1 - Team regularly reviews educator practices monitoring evidence/data sources used to document implementation. 

    • Act 1 - Team integrates successful strategy into district/school.

    • Act 2 - Team plans for sustainability as more staff members participate, turnover occurs, and improvement cycles continue.

December 14, 2020 - VIRTUAL/FREE

  • Conducting a Resource Audit (Including Digital) - Facilitated by Tina Lemmens, and Charla Meyer - This is a separate registration. (The extended learning afternoon sessions will be a fee for service for everyone. Fees are determined by your 2020-21 Learning Service Membership.)

    • Plan 2 - Team identifies resource inequities

    • Plan 5  - Team develops a plan to implement the selected strategy.

  • Asset Building - Facilitated by Marci Waldron-Kuhn  - This is a separate registration. (The extended learning afternoon sessions will be a fee for service for everyone. Fees are determined by your 2020-21 Learning Service Membership.)

March 4, 2021 - Location TBD/FREE

  • Family and Community Engagement - Bring the Results of your Audits and your team to create your plan - Facilitated by Colleen Timm  - This is a separate registration.     • Plan 6 - Team engages families and community in planning.

  • 2020-2021 CESA 7 Learning Services Partnership/Full per participant: $35

  • 2020-2021 CESA 7 Learning Services Traditional/Limited per participant: $45

  • Non-Learning Service Member: $55

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be faxed (920-492-5965) or e-mailed to the PERSON LISTED AS THE EVENT CONTACT five (5) working days prior to the date of the event unless other cancellation information is noted in the specific event.
