Description:
This meeting will provide updates and support for new and continuing Title I Coordinators related to the ESSA (formerly ESEA) application and budget, working with private schools, family engagement, Title I law, programming, reporting requirements, school improvement strategies and monitoring information. Workshop objectives

Objectives:

  • Receive timely updates of any new or revised guidance for Title I law under ESSA
  • Receive information about and training for using WISEgrants including due dates
  • Share effective strategies for improvement
  • Other topics of discussion may include:
    - How do Title I, Special Education and EL programs work together? (including equitable share and family engagement)
    - Similarities & differences between targeted and schoolwide programming
    - Impact of COVID/pandemic
    - Title services and programming in 2021-22
    - Working with private school partners
  • Network with other Title I Coordinators

Registration Fee:

  • No cost for CESA 6 Title I Schools 
  • $30 for Title I Schools outside of CESA 6

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
