These sessions are designed to deepen understanding of content and instructional practices through active participation in effective professional development related to the professional Wisconsin Educator Standards. Each session engages the learner by modeling strategies, exploring classroom application techniques, and addressing student needs. Participants will build a network with other new teachers that promotes sharing and problem-solving along with opportunities to discuss individual teaching and learning issues with each other and the session consultant.
Series details:
There will be a one-hour virtual kickoff on October 14th (your choice of 7:00 am, 11:00 am, or 3:30 pm). We will then have monthly one-hour synchronous check-ins offering discussion with SEL experts, tech integration specialists, content experts, and more. Using a hybrid approach, participants will have access to their network of colleagues and supportive resources in-between synchronous check-ins.
