Library Media Specialist Network (Rms 1/2)

The Library Media Specialist Network meetings focus on what today’s school libraries and media centers look like, what has changed, what needs to stay the same, and what are new emerging uses for the libraries/media centers (makerspaces). This year, our full-day meetings will consist of new learning and exploration of the impact of technology during the morning with networking in the afternoon. We will also continue our Future Ready Library Planning work with WI DPI consultant Monica Treptow. Participants will receive a copy of Hacking School Libraries: 10 Ways to Incorporate Library Media Centers into Your Learning Community as the focus of our study for the year.

2020-21 Annual Membership Fee: $200 per district (includes registration for up to 2 participants per
                   meeting, lunch, and materials)

In between the face-to-face meetings, there will be monthly 1-hour meetings via Zoom, time and dates TBD. No registration is needed, you will be contacted via email.
