Creating A Quality Professional Development Plan (PDP)

This course facilitates educators through a web-based environment that prompts the development of a high-quality professional development plan to address self-identified learning needs based on professional reflection. Participants will use the tool, Wisconsin PDP, working in learning teams to develop a PDP. The online tool manages complete license advancement/renewal procedures via the Internet. A regional “pool” of qualified reviewers is available for licensees to convene online. Users will be able to interact with reviewers via traditional contact means as well as through email. Audience:
Initial Educators must have regular employment with licenses expiring June 30, 2014, 2015 or 2016
Professional Educators must have regular employment and be in Year 1 of the Professional Educator license cycle

Fees:(payble to CESA #12)
$375 for Initial Educators
$250 for Professional Educators
Registration includes training, lunch, comprehensive access to
Wisconsin PDP tool, Review Teams for one Goal Approval (initial educators only), and for one PDP Verification,
and CESA #12 technical assistance for PDP development and implementation.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.

Weather conditions:

If a workshop has been canceled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. Please make sure all your contact information is correct on myQuickReg.com
