Are you confused as to which standards to use?

How to learn more . . . .Come join Sandy Berndt, an Independent Education Consultant to discuss instruction for students with cognitive disabilities. Sandy has experience teaching students with cognitive disabilities, providing support to other teachers, administering programs and 20 years at DPI.

Sandy will be sharing the changes of working with students with a cognitive disability to an academic focus and what that looks like in an inclusive setting. She will also focus on programming for students 18 to 21 years of age, and how that can be implemented.

Sandy wants to focus the day on what teachers are needing in their classrooms. Please email Jessica at jkaczmarek@cesa8.k12.wi.us with questions that you would like Sandy to address during the workshop.

Fee:  $60.00 per person - member districts;   $100.00 per person - non-member districts

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee.
