CESA 9 FAPE Webinar (Virtual)

Tess O'Brien-Heinzen, Attorney at Law from Boardman & Clark, LLP, will spend an hour discussing the provision of services under IDEA and Section 504 during the COVID-19 closures.  She will then open it up for questions, which has proved to be a beneficial aspect as districts work tirelessly to develop virtual programs and keep up with legal guidance.
