**Assistive Technology Make and Take (Session #3) has reached capacity**
Registration • ALL registrations must be completed on www.MyQuickReg.com. If you have not registered for an event at CESA #4 before, you will need to set up a new member profile. For assistance setting up an MQR profile, please see attached directions. You will need your school district email address to create an account.
Sessions • Our sessions are designed to meet the needs of CESA #4 schools. In the event a presenter or session changes, we will contact registrants via email to communicate about any changes. Sessions are limited only by seating and room capacity--thus, our first-come, first served approach to registration. Our best plans to design this learning in advance ensures the best-fit learning for paraprofessionals. Please keep an eye on your email from CESA #4 so you are aware of any changes to sessions that may impact your professional learning.
Seats • Seats will be secured at a first come, first served basis and seats cannot be held. Registration includes entrance to the two-day event for an individual. If you are unable to attend one of the two days, your district will be charged for both days. Any cancellations must be communicated prior to August 1, 2020.
Cancellation • All Paraprofessional Summit cancellations must be completed by August 1, 2020. Any cancellations made after this date will result in the district being invoiced for the attendee(s) registered for the summit.
Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
