Wisconsin Information and Technology Literacy (ITL) Standards Unpack & Repack and District Planning
“The [Wisconsin Information and Technology Literacy] standards are designed to be integrated into the various content and skill areas of the school curriculum. The focus is on learning with information and technology rather than learning about information and technology.”
Overview/Description:
These two sessions are designed for district teams or individuals involved in the rollout of the Wisconsin Information and Technology Literacy Standards (ITLS). Participants will be given time to unpack and repack the standards with a focus on integrating the standards into the various content and skill areas of the school curriculum.
The Wisconsin Digital Learning Plan and the Future Ready Framework will also be discussed, and time will be given for district planning. This is a great time to plan for 2020-21 implementation!
Please bring a fully-charged electronic device and a copy of the WI ITL Standards (Google) or PDF
