Description:   The Continuous Improvement Leadership (CIL) Academy is a distinct experience designed to expand the ability of collaborative teams to effectively lead continuous improvement work.  It promotes the knowledge, concepts and skills needed to drive continuous improvement in both leadership and practice. The CIL Academy will transform the way you approach your district and school improvement work and ensure you are on a path to achieve your student outcome goals. The CIL Academy is designed as a team learning and planning experience.

Session Focus/Topics:

  • January 24th

    • Review ESSA and IDEA indicator data and root causes

    • How - Self-assessment of CIP rubric and improvement plan

    • Why - Strengthening your guiding coalition

  • April 6th 

    • Align plans to priority needs

    • Review ESSA exit criteria

    • Define next implementation steps

Recommended Team Participants: School Improvement Teams, School Leadership Teams, District Teams

Registration is FREE courtesy of the DPI’s Integrated Contract.

If it is not possible for you to secure payment from your school district prior to the workshop, we suggest that you pay personally and request reimbursement from your school district. Receipts will be available. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be faxed (920-492-5965) or e-mailed five (5) working days prior to the date of the event. We are unable to provide refunds for no shows.
