Description: Are you looking to integrate STEAM activities into your classroom? Are you creating a space for innovative thinking and learning? Do you want students to engage in design and computational thinking experiences? This is the workshop for you! During this 3-day series you will tinker with and learn how to use resources that support STEAM learning (high and low tech), visit schools integrating STEAM principles and activities, and build application activities to get you started in your educational setting. Our success indicator will be your excitement and readiness to deepen and apply your STEAM learning.

This series will include 3 dates: February 19, 2020; April 23, 2020, and a school visit to Bookwood in Genoa City on March 11, 2020.

Note: If you are a nursing mother, please be sure to include that in the notes of your registration. We have a private room available for nursing mothers, which must be reserved. The key can be obtained from Emily at the front desk when you arrive.

It's that time of the year where the unpredictable weather outdoors makes our training rooms either too cold or too warm. Training room temperatures are controlled offsite and often take time before the adjustment is noticed. We suggest bringing a sweater, wearing close-toed shoes and/or dressing in layers to assure you are as comfortable as possible while at our facility.
