State Performance Plan-EC Indicators Training

The intention of this workshop is to help you accurately collect and report your data!

• Participants will explore how to accurately determine placement codes (Indicator #6, Part B)
• Collect and report data on the three OSEP Child Outcomes (Indicator #7)
• Parent involvement (Indicator #8)
• Transitions from B-3 to preschool (Indicator #12)

TARGET AUDIENCE: Teams of three or more are recommended
CESA #3 School District Personnel who are scheduled for SPP Self-Assessment in 2009-10 and 2010-11; and County Birth to 3 Agencies

Registration: 8:30 a.m.; Session: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Lunch Included)

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
