ARTS EDUCATORS PROFESSIONAL DAY OF LEARNING

Facilitator:  Julie Palkowski, WI DPI Arts & Creativity Education Consultant 

Description:   CESA 7 welcomes Julie Palkowski for a  highly engaging arts educators professional day of learning!  Julie will guide workshop participants through the Wisconsin Standards for Arts and Design, Dance, Music, and Theatre. Participants will have an opportunity to navigate the standards, explore accompanying resources, and share ideas for classroom implementation.

Session Focus/Topics:

* Wisconsin Standards for Art and Design (newly revised), Dance (newly revised), Music, and Theatre Education

* Arts Resources

* Arts Assessment Strategies

* Methods of Data Collection

* Classroom Application

Each Participant Must Bring:  Laptop, tablet or other device

Recommended Attendees:  Teachers of art and design, dance, music, theatre, and curriculum directors/leaders

Cost/Fee:  (Includes Lunch)

*CESA 7 Learning Service Full Membership District - $100

*CESA 7 Learning Service Traditional/Limited Membership District - $120 

*CESA 7 Districts without Learning Service Memberships & Other Districts - $140.
