CESA 8 English Language Learners Consortium

Tere' Masiarchin from CESA 2 will be here at CESA 8, to support our CESA 8 districts who are a part of the EL Consortium.  

CESA 8 EL Consortium member districts are - Bonduel, Clintonville, Coleman, Lena, Marinette and Wittenberg-Birnamwood.

NOTE: Districts outside of the CESA 8 EL Consortium are welcome to attend, but there will be an additional fee.

9:30 WI DPI Handbook Checklist, ACCESS testing, Legal Requirements

11:00 Family Engagement

11:30 Lunch

12:15 Understandings the Basics of Linguistic Learning (EL) vs Special Education disability-related need (how do you determine this, points to consider with evaluations/services/needs)

2:00 Wrap/Conclusion

2:15-3:00 District specific questions/needs/supports with Tere' (consortium)

Cost per member districts is $25.00 per person.

For Non-member districts, the fee is $169 person.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS: Due to varied dietary restrictions, CESA 8 cannot guarantee that all special dietary accommodations can be met.
