Session Topics:

Come Ready to “Tackle” Your Readiness Game Plan! Fans of the Green and Gold know that the final score of the game is important, but they also know that many important statistics tell the whole story of the team and of the game. Fans also know that player development, based on the totality of those statistics is important to the success of the franchise. In the Readiness Training Camp, educational leaders will have the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge of PK-12 readiness indicators to ensure that all students graduate college, career, and life ready. Participants will develop an understanding of the intersection of the readiness indicators and equity and access for all, and develop an understanding of the link between the readiness indicators and Academic and Career Planning, Social and Emotional Learning, Trauma-Sensitive Schools, Response to Intervention, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, Professional Learning Communities, College, Career Ready IEPs and more. Lastly, participants will learn to leverage Readiness to communicate the story of student outcomes with internal and external stakeholders and leave with your 20201 Readiness Implementation Cohort Plan.
