The 100X Leadership Institute draws from the “Big Ideas of Practice” from the vault of GiANT Leadership Solutions that will have immediate application to support and challenge your leadership team’s success.

100X Leader Institute- What is it?
The 100X Leader Institute is lead with GiANT Leadership principles and practices. GiANT has been a global thought leader in people and systems development for the past 15 years.

Participating districts will be given access to proven tools designed to raise leader, team and organizational performance. 

100X Leader Institute- Who's this for?
Superintendents and their Lead Teams (principals, assistant principals, curriculum directors, special education directors, lead teachers) who are fighting to stay healthy, hopeful, and high performing while fighting through the challenges of leading complex public systems. Teams commit to engaging in a 10-month journey of strengthening team communication, relationship alignment, execution, capacity, and culture.

Registration Fee: $7,500 per team/district
Includes 10 months of professional development for the team of your choice. A light breakfast and lunch are included for sessions at CESA 5.

Be sure to register each team member separately.
Please note, each registration will show a cost of $7,500, but only one invoice will be sent to each participating district.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrants receive a full refund if they cancel at least 2 weeks before the event. Because of commitments to the venue, presenters, vendors and participants, no refund of any kind, for any reason, will be given for cancellation requests received after October 21, 2019. Registrations ARE transferable within your organization. CESA 5 WILL NOT CANCEL THE EVENT DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registrants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. This policy replaces the cancellation policy stated below. 

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
