Note: If you are a nursing mother, please be sure to include that in the notes of your registration. We have a private room available for nursing mothers, which must be reserved. The key can be obtained from Emily at the front desk when you arrive.

It's that time of the year where the unpredictable weather outdoors makes our training rooms either too cold or too warm. Training room temperatures are controlled offsite and often take time before the adjustment is noticed. We suggest bringing a sweater, wearing close-toed shoes and/or dressing in layers to assure you are as comfortable as possible while at our facility.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a refund if they cancel prior to 3 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the presenter and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 3 working days prior to the event or who do not attend the event, will be billed the full fee.
