CAREER PATHWAYS are a series of connected education, training, and support strategies aimed at helping students achieve their own definition of success.
The NEW North region of Wisconsin (CESAs 6, 7 and 8) is facilitating the development of state-endorsed regional pathways in ADVANCED MANUFACTURING and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. If your district is already offering a sequence of courses, industry-recognized certifications, work experience, and college credit in these areas, then you have the capacity to offer your students a Regional Career Pathway built by your district Pathway Team.
Your PATHWAY TEAM should consist of:
-
ACP Coordinator
-
District Perkins Representative
-
Career and Technical Education Coordinator
-
Inspire Coordinator
-
Work-based Learning Coordinator
-
School Counselors
JOIN US for a now one day series to facilitate your district in creating and adopting state- endorsed regional pathways for your students. If your district plans to adopt the Regional State-Endorsed Career Pathway Model, district teams are required to attend both sessions at any of the CESAs.
