*Increased understanding of the CCR-IEP 5 step Process fromt he lens of early learning, with a focus on steps 1 and 2.

*Application of Steps 1 and 2 of the Five Step Process to support teams in developing IEPs designed to improve access, engagement and progress for students.

*Use WI Model Early Learning Standards to understand present levels and consider IEPs and best practices for students ages 3-6.

*Identify strategies to use in preparing for and participating in IEP team meetings.
