•Application of Steps 1 and 2 of the Five Step Process to support teams in developing IEPs designed to improve access, engagement, and progress for students. •Awareness of CCR-IEP resources

Preparation for the Workshop

Participants are encouraged to review each of the Five Step Process Webinars or other resources (e.g. at a glance documents) available on the WI DPI CCR IEP Learning Resources web page

In addition, participants are strongly encouraged to attend in groups of at least two from the same district. Each participant must bring a copy of a student’s IEP* to use as reference or have access to an IEP online to use during the training.

*Workshop participants are reminded of FERPA protections and are highly encouraged to redact personally identifiable information from IEPs they may happen to share with participants from other districts during workshop activities.

Note: If you are a nursing mother, please let us know in the notes section of your registration, as we have a private room available for use.
