Professional work in schools is challenging: facilitating and moving initiatives forward, preempting and responding to resistance, and coaching teams in our buildings. This 3- session series will provide administrators looking to grow their leadership skills with strategies for being effective when working with the adults around them.

We will explore the following skills, resources, and mindsets foundational to leadership capacity:

• Coaching strategies for responding to and facilitating change
• Techniques and resources for managing initiatives
• Managing ourselves through change and resistance

Cost: $275/person for School Improvement members for the series
          $375/person for non-School Improvement members for the series
