The 100X Leader Summit is the kickoff event to the 100X Leader Institute launching for the 2019-2020 academic year. GiANT Leadership principles and practices. GiANT has been a global thought leader in people and systems development for the past 15 years. Participating districts will be given access to proven tools designed to raise leader, team and organizational performance. Teams commit to engaging in a 10-month journey of strengthening team communication, relationship, alignment, execution, capacity, and culture.
