This series is designed for and supports principals in their first five years of experience and will engage participants in strategies built around research-based best practices to maximize their impact as a building leader. At the same time, leaders who attend will build a network with others to promote sharing and problem-solving.

The Maximizing Leadership Coaching Series is partially grant-funded (CESA 9’s Peer Review and Mentoring Grant) and includes: ten hours of individualized coaching that is provided in a combination of on-site and virtual sessions, three face-to-face half-day morning sessions at CESA 9, and three 45-minute virtual sessions throughout the school year. Participants will also receive a copy of Michael Fullan’s “The Principal: Three Keys to Maximizing Impact”.

 

Dates & Times:  At CESA 9:  October 9, 2019; December 4, 2019; March 31, 2020 (8:30 am-11:30 am)

 Virtual (Zoom):  November 6, 2019; February 5, 2020; April 8, 2020 (7:00 am-7:45 am)

 Note:  Coaching dates/times to be individually determined.

 

Cost:                  $375.00/person for the first 8 registered participants (supported by CESA 9’s Peer Review and Mentoring Grant) includes all materials and lunch

                           $750.00 for all other registrants after first 8 spots are filled
