Join MDE-LIO in a two-hour online workshop to learn how to use BrailleBlaster, a free braille transcription program from the American Printing House for the Blind (APH). BrailleBlaster can be used to create braille worksheets, quizzes, notes, letters, or even math and technical materials for yourself or your students. Participants will be expected to bring a laptop with the latest version of BrailleBlaster installed.

Participants will learn to:
1.Use BrailleBlaster at a basic level
2.Continue exploring the software on their own
3.Access available resources to become more adept at using the software

This is an online presentation using ZOOM 

Cost is: $25.00 which includes the ZOOM presentation and lunch.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs.
