Are you a primary or intermediate level teacher who faces the pivotal role of teaching students how to write, while nurturing their developing identity as a writer (and love of writing)?  Many teachers find that utilizing a Writer’s Workshop instructional framework can help meet this challenge.  This series will focus on supporting learners through a workshop approach to teaching and learning. In this workshop series, participants will learn methods for supporting learners through whole group, small group, and individual instructional contexts, designed to enhance the writing achievement and engagement of all writers. Through professional readings, collaborative discussions, and hands-on learning experiences, participants will engage in and explore multiple strategies for supporting the diverse needs of all writers.
