Wisconsin Giant Map Training

The CWTAG group and CESA 5 are working together to provide training to district staff members who would like to use the Wisconsin Giant Map with their students.  This map is 17x21 feet and typically used with students in a large carpeted room. The Wisconsin Geographic Alliance formerly funded this by "renting" the map to districts.  Along with the map, an Ambassador came to your district to work on activities with students.  The Alliance will no longer be providing this service and we would like to preserve this learning opportunity for districts by providing an opportunity for districts to get their own staff members training in using the map with students. 

Registration Fee: $25 per person, includes light breakfast and lunch

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
