CCR IEP Training

This event will be held in the Northern CESA 8 Region. Actual location is yet to be determined.

The interactive workshop will increase participant understanding of the CCR-IEP process. The focus will be on the application of Steps 1, 2, and 3. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend in groups from the same district. Each district team must bring along a copy of a student's IEP * to use as reference or have access to an IEP online to use during the training.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

• Participants will increase their understanding of the CCR IEP Process and how to use it to develop IEP's
• Participants will build their capacity to apply Step 1 (Understand Achievment). Step 2 (Identify Effects of Disability and Disability-Related Needs. And Step 3 (Develop Ambitious and Achievable Goals) so they can develop IEP's designed to improve access, engagement, and progress for students with IEP's.
• Participants will increase their awareness of CCR-IEP resources available to support the development of CCR-IEP's.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs.
