Purpose: To assist districts in building a strong shared district leadership team supporting implementation and continuous improvement within an equitable multi-level system of support.

The Integrated Leadership Network is an Opportunity for District Teams to:

  • Analyze and identify implementation levels in correlation with the key features of an equitable multi-level system of support using data from the SIR (School-wide Implementation Review, reading/math); TFI (Tiered Fidelity Inventory, behavior); and Educator Effectiveness (SLO/PPG).
  • Explore activities and resources organized within a PDSA cycle to support staff in engagement for continuous improvement of your district’s E-MLSS

?Learn to use both student outcome data in correlation with implementation data, as part of your strategic assessment system, to plan the steps of continuous improvement

Use student outcome data to make adjustments to your system’s operations (delivery of instruction, adult behavior/practices)

Learn to implement strategies for continuous improvement within your system, study the impact, and make revisions for successful implementation, utilizing existing frameworks such as Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)

  • Explore Evidence Based Improvement Strategies Resources for DPI
