“As we look ahead into the 21st century, leaders will be those who empower others.” – Bill Gates This professional development opportunity will help administrators and coaches empower teachers to use effective instructional practices that impact students learning and growth. Participants will receive specific look fors to help guide their conversations with teachers around implementing best instructional practices in Literacy and Math. These conversations will align with the Danielson Framework a vital component of using Educator Effectiveness as a continuous improvement strategy. Look fors will relate to:
Each session (Math K-5 and 6-12 and ELA K-5 and 6-12) is a separate registration. $45 per participant for CESA 7 2019-20 Full Learning Services Partnership Members $55 per participant for CESA 2019-20 Limited Learning Services Partnership Members $65 per participant for CESA 7 Non-member Learning Services Districts as well as all Non-CESA 7 districts |
Sign up to receive additional follow-up and support days with Charla (Literacy) or Tina (Math/Digital Learning) throughout the school year to provide job-embedded professional development opportunities. This option is available to our partnership districts who have purchased Learning Service days and would like to utilize some of their CESA 7 contract days to provide additional support.
